One reserved 2-wheeler space may be available per active booking, on a reservation basis. Message us on WhatsApp to confirm availability before arrival.

Policy

Guest Access Policy

Nine clauses covering apartments, shared areas, building access, visitors, restricted zones and consequences of misuse.

  1. 1

    Access Scope

    Guests may access only the areas explicitly stated in their booking confirmation. Entry to any other part of the building is not permitted unless prior written approval is granted by the host.

  2. 2

    Private Apartment Access

    Guests have exclusive access to their assigned apartment and its amenities for the full duration of their stay.

  3. 3

    Shared Areas

    Guests may access designated shared spaces, such as the terrace and common areas, during the permitted hours.

    • The terrace is not accessible to general guests after 9:00 PM.
    • Guests staying in Apartment 5 may access the terrace after 9:00 PM, provided the noise policy is strictly observed and neighbouring residents are not disturbed.
    • The Study Nook on Level 5 belongs to Apartment 5 only and is off-limits to all other guests.
    • Access to restricted areas — including service zones, storage rooms and staff-only areas — is strictly prohibited.
  4. 4

    Building Access

    The main gate and apartment entrances are secured via digital locks or approved access methods. Access codes are issued only to registered guests and must not be shared under any circumstances.

    Visitor Access

    Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted to enter or stay at the property. Visitors are not allowed unless prior approval has been obtained from the host.

  6. 6

    Restricted Areas & Controlled Access

    The following areas are not accessible unless explicitly authorised by the host:

    • Utility and maintenance areas.
    • Storage rooms and host-use areas.
    • Any locked or clearly marked restricted zones.
    • Day Lockers and Reserved Lockers — usable only when authorised by the host, either during or outside the booking period.

    Vehicle Parking

    • One 2-wheeler parking space may be available per active booking, strictly on a reservation basis.
    • 4-wheeler parking is not available on-site. See the Nearby Parking card above for the closest paid car park.
  8. 8

    Guest Responsibility

    Guests are responsible for ensuring that all doors, gates and shared access points are securely closed after use to maintain the safety and security of all occupants.

  9. 9

    Consequences of Misuse

    Unauthorised access, sharing of access codes, or entry into restricted areas may result in:

    • Immediate revocation of access.
    • Additional charges.
    • Cancellation of the booking without refund.
