We operate a few thoughtfully curated apartments on New Plaza, Putalisadak — a short walk from Thamel and a short drive from Patan. You get direct booking with no platform fees, smart-lock self check-in, and a local host on WhatsApp.
Why We Built This
Airbnb, Booking.com and Hostex all take 10–20% from every booking. For long-stay guests that's hundreds of dollars over a typical trip. We built tinylivingapartments.com so guests can pay us directly, get the same self check-in, the same housekeeping, the same WhatsApp line to a local host — and keep the difference.
Tiny Living Apartments is not a corporate hotel; it's a small collection of privately owned homes curated with care. We've thoughtfully selected amenities that few others in Kathmandu can match, so you have everything you need for a premium stay — without paying a hotel premium.
A True Home, Not a Hotel
Every Tiny Living apartment is a real, cared-for Kathmandu home — not an anonymous hotel room. We fully equip each one and hand it over for you to live in, with no daily housekeeping trailing behind you and no front desk to tidy up.
We simply ask every guest to treat it as their own: keep it clean, respect the neighbours and the quiet residential building, and leave it as you found it. That care is what keeps our direct prices low and each apartment genuinely lovely for the guest after you.

Where We Are
Our apartments are on New Plaza, Putalisadak — about 12 minutes' walk from Thamel and roughly 10 minutes' drive from the airport. Patan Durbar Square is around 22 minutes by taxi when you want to head south.
