Three access points one access code. No keys, no key handover, no waiting. Here's how the door codes are generated and how to use them on arrival.

Door Code Generation

A secure web link to generate your access codes is sent via email or WhatsApp.

  • Advance bookings — link sent one day before check-in.
  • Same-day bookings — link sent immediately after the booking is confirmed.

When Codes Become Visible

Door codes become visible from 1:00 AM on your check-in day. Open the link we send to your email or WhatsApp to view your Door Access Codes (PINs).

Access Overview

You'll pass through three access points to reach your apartment. The same Door Access Code (PIN) principle applies to each.

    Pedestrian Iron Gate

    1. Place your palm on the touch pad to activate keys, or use the Physical Button Keypad on top.
    2. Enter your 4-digit Door Access Code (PIN), then press #.
    3. Push the gate open.

    Building Entrance Door

    1. Place your palm on the touch pad to activate keys, or use the Physical Button Keypad on top.
    2. Enter your 4-digit Door Access Code (PIN), then press #.
    3. Turn the handle and push the door open.

    The door auto-locks again about 15 seconds after it closes.

    Apartment Door

    1. Place your palm on the touch pad to activate keys, or use the Physical Button Keypad on top.
    2. Enter your 4-digit Door Access Code (PIN), then press #.
    3. Turn the handle and push the door open.

    The door auto-locks again about 15 seconds after it closes.

Vehicle Sliding Gate

Vehicle Sliding Gate

Only if your stay includes vehicle access. Same Door Access Code (PIN) approach as the doors.

    Sliding Gate — Opening from Outside

    1. Place your palm on the touch pad to activate keys (located under Key Safe #4), or use the Physical Button Keypad on top.
    2. Enter your 4-digit Door Access Code (PIN), then press #.
    3. The gate slides open automatically and closes after a short delay.

    Sliding Gate — Opening from Inside

    Use the Exit button on the right-hand pillar when facing the sliding gate from inside to outside.
