Self Check-In & Check-Out Process
From the moment you book to the moment our cleaners arrive — eleven simple steps. No reception, no key handover, no waiting. Everything runs through one secure link sent to your phone.

Booking Confirmed
You book directly with us via credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, or Nepali bank transfer. As soon as payment is confirmed, the booking is locked in — no platform middleman, no third-party messaging. - 2
Welcome Message
A welcome message lands on WhatsApp or email with the apartment address, host contact, and a short orientation for what to expect on the day of arrival. - 3
Door Code Link Sent
You receive a secure link to request your unique door code.- Advance bookings: the link is sent 1 day before check-in.
- Same-day bookings: the link is sent immediately after the booking is confirmed.

Create Door Code
Open the link and tell us your estimated arrival time. We generate a personal Door Access Code (PIN) tied to your booking — no shared keys, no key handover. Codes only become visible from 1:00 AM on your check-in day, even though they activate at the scheduled check-in time. - 5
Door Code Activated
Your PIN activates at 3:00 PM on the day of check-in. If the apartment is turned over earlier we let you know so you can arrive early — when our schedule allows. - 6
Self Check-In
Walk up to the apartment door at any time after 3:00 PM. Tap the keypad, punch in your PIN, push the door open. That’s it — no reception, no waiting. - 7
Confirm Check-In
Tap the check-in confirmation in the same link once you’re inside. Utilities activate automatically and the apartment is marked as occupied in our system. - 8
Guest Guide Book
The in-room Guest Guide covers Wi-Fi, hot water, AC, kitchen, rubbish, parking, neighbourhood favourites, and emergency contacts. Most questions are answered there before you have to ask. - 9
Follow Check-Out Instructions
Check-out is strictly at 11:00 AM — we need the window so the apartment is ready for the next guest.
On your last morning, follow the short check-out checklist in the Guest Guide: rubbish to the designated bin, dishes washed, fridge emptied and windows closed if you opted for the self-cleaning option — or simply leave the cleaning to us if you chose the paid cleaning option.

Confirm Check-Out
Tap the same check-in / check-out link to confirm departure. Our housekeeping team is paged automatically so the apartment is ready for the next guest as quickly as possible. - 11
Cleaners Arrive
Cleaners arrive at 11:15 AM and turn the apartment over for the next guest. They are authorised to use a master code to enter the apartment from 11:15 AM on the check-out day, so please be fully checked out before then.
No Reception
Unmanned apartments — completely automated, day or night.
3:00 PM Check-In
Smart-lock activates at 3:00 PM. Free luggage drop-off if you arrive earlier.
11:00 AM Check-Out
Tap once to confirm. Housekeeping is paged automatically.
