Why rent short-term with us

From a single night

Book by the night, the weekend, or the week. The studio takes 1-night stays; the two-bedroom apartments from 2 nights. No long-lease commitment, no agent, no deposit games.

Self check-in, any hour

Land at 2 AM? No problem. A smart-lock door code lets you in 24/7 — no reception, no key handover. The code link arrives the day before and the Wi-Fi connects the moment you walk in.

A real kitchen, not a kettle

Even for one night, you get an induction hob, fridge, crockery and a kettle — make your own coffee and cook instead of paying restaurant prices for every meal.

Book direct, skip the fees

Booking with us directly is usually 10–20% cheaper than the same apartment on Airbnb or Booking.com — no platform service fee. Pay by card (Stripe) or Nepali bank transfer.

Short-term rentals in Kathmandu — FAQs

Can I rent an apartment for just one day in Kathmandu?
Yes. Our studio apartment takes a 1-night minimum, so you can rent it for a single day. The two-bedroom apartments have a 2-night minimum. All three are in central Putalisadak with smart-lock self check-in, so even a one-night stay needs no reception desk or key handover.
What is the minimum stay?
1 night for the studio, 2 nights for the two-bedroom apartments. There is no maximum — for stays of 28+ nights there is a built-in 15% monthly discount; see monthly stays.
How much does a short-term apartment in Kathmandu cost?
Nightly rates depend on the apartment, the season and length of stay — see live pricing on each apartment listing. Booking direct with us is typically 10–20% cheaper than the same apartment on Airbnb or Booking.com because there is no platform fee, and the full kitchen saves you a further USD 10–20 a day versus eating out for every meal.
Is a short-term apartment cheaper than a hotel in Kathmandu?
For 1–2 travellers on a single night, a budget hotel can be cheaper. From 2–3 nights, or for couples, families and small groups, an apartment usually wins: you get a separate bedroom, a kitchen, a washing machine and a living space for less than two hotel rooms — and you cook instead of paying for every meal.
How do I check in for a short stay?
Entirely self-service. The day before arrival we send a secure link to generate your door code (by WhatsApp or email for direct bookings). The code becomes visible from 1 AM on your check-in day. You tap the code at the smart-lock, the Wi-Fi connects, and a local host is on WhatsApp the whole time. Check-in from 3 PM, check-out by 11 AM.
Where are the apartments located?
All three are on New Plaza, Putalisadak — central Kathmandu (44600). About a 10-minute taxi from Tribhuvan International Airport and a 12-minute walk to Thamel. Note the building is stairs-only (no lift), which is normal for Kathmandu. Airport pickup and luggage lockers are available on request.
