Quiet Hours & Noise Control Policy Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Expectations No loud music after 10:00 PM Keep voices low, especially outdoors If noise becomes disruptive, please move inside Consequences Failure to follow quiet hours may result in warnings, complaints, or additional charges. 5. Security & Monitoring Equipment Policy Do not alter, remove, disable, or tamper with any authorised security or safety equipment. Purpose These systems are installed for guest safety and property protection. Consequences Tampering may result in immediate eviction and additional fees. 6. Commercial Use, Filming & Photography Policy The property is for private residential use only. Commercial activities are prohibited without prior written approval, including: Professional photography or videography Influencer or sponsored content Filming for social media, YouTube, or advertising Product shoots, modelling, workshops, or paid sessions Any content created for present or future financial gain Consequences Unauthorised commercial use may result in immediate termination of the stay, additional charges, and liability for damages. Linen & Stain Policy (Health & Hygiene) Many linens and furnishings are imported and not easily replaceable. Blood Stains Any blood-stained linen is considered contaminated and must be replaced. The full replacement cost will be charged. Please inform the host immediately for staff safety. Other Stains Laundry costs will be charged If stains cannot be removed, full replacement value applies Make-Up Stains Black towels, wet tissues, and make-up pads are provided. Stains on white linens will be charged at full replacement value. Wet Towels on Furniture Damage caused by wet towels on beds, sofas, or other fabric surfaces will be charged at replacement cost. This policy protects the wellbeing of staff, cleaners, and future guests. 10. Sanitary & First Aid Supplies Sanitary pads and first aid kits are provided for emergencies only. Please use responsibly and inform the host if items are used. These supplies are intended to help prevent accidents and stains where possible. 11. General Care of the Property Policy Please treat the apartment as you would your own home. Expectations Keep the apartment clean and tidy Return items to their original place Children’s utensils are for children only Dispose of rubbish responsibly Failure to maintain cleanliness may result in additional cleaning fees. 12. Dish Washing & Kitchen Hygiene (Mandatory) Policy All dishes and utensils must be washed immediately after use. Expectations Wash, dry, and store items properly Use the drying towel provided Do not store wet items in cabinets Avoid mixing wet and dry utensils Consequences Improper dishwashing may result in additional cleaning charges. 13. Waste Disposal Policy Guests are responsible for proper waste disposal. Excess Waste Anything that overflows provided bins is considered excess waste. Instructions Use extra garbage bags provided Dispose of excess waste in the green dumpster near the main gate Consequences Failure to dispose of waste properly may result in a USD 100 cleaning fee. 14. Parking Rules Policy No parking for 4-wheelers One 2-wheeler per booking, reservation required Street parking is prohibited Blocking fire or emergency exits is illegal Violations may result in fines or towing. 15. Check-Out Time Policy Guests must vacate the apartment by the scheduled check-out time.
